We offer complimentary billing services. Using your health insurance to cover therapy costs can significantly reduce your out of pocket expenses.

However, services may not always be covered and you may be responsible for copays, deductibles, or even the full cost of the session. 

Email: admin@melysebehavioralandwellness.com so that our Administrative Team can verify your benefits and eligibility before scheduling your initial appointments as well as your follow ups.

There is no opportunity to have balances prior to your next session.

We'll verify your insurance benefits & eligibility before scheduling an appointment. 

Private Pay 

For patinets preferring to opt-out of using insurance benefits please note:

• Full payment of service is due at the time of service 
• No Sliding Scale is Available 
• We are not able to assist with payment plans at this time. 

Out of Network:

We are able to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Payment from the insurance company is not a guarantee and you will be responsible for handling things with the insurance. 

This includes cancellations with less than 24-hour notice or not showing for an appointment without notification. Late Arrivals will not be seen after 15 minutes if the clients does not inform the clinician that the are running late.

• This fee is not covered by insurances and will be charged immediately after your no show or late cancelation.
